Reservation
We shall hold your provisional reservation for 48 hours.
If we have not received your deposit or full payment the
reservation will be cancelled.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the full tariff is payable at the time
of booking. The balance of the tariff must be paid six weeks
before the start date. If your holiday begins less than
six weeks from the time of booking, the full tariff is payable
on booking.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation less than six weeks before
a holiday begins, the whole tariff is payable unless
the property is successfully re-let. With more than six
weeks' notice, 10% of the deposit only would be forfeited
to cover administrative fees.
Arrival and Departure
All holidays start and finish on a Tuesday (except by prior
arrangement). Tenancies commence at 3.00pm on the day of
arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure
having tidied the villa first..
Short Breaks and Small Parties

Hammick to discuss availability for short breaks. 3
nights minimum, from 65% of weekly tariff.
Tenants' Obligations
The tenant agrees:-
to pay for any losses or damages to the property;
to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean
and tidy condition at departure;
to permit representatives of HELIOS Villa Holidays reasonable
access to the property;
not to part with possession of the property, or share it,
except with members of the party listed on the booking form;
not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the
property description.
Liability
HELIOS Villa Holidays shall not be liable for any loss,
damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether
to person or property which the applicant or any other person
may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any
letting.
Governing Law
The contract embodied in the booking is governed by English
law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.
Complaints
We try to take every care to prepare our properties to a
standard whereby our visitors will enjoy their holidays.
If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please let
us know immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist
you. It is frustrating for all parties if you write after
your holiday to tell us about a problem that could have
been solved had we known at the time. All correspondence
